About

Hi! I’m Tenisha.

Seasoned In Grace was born in a season I didn’t see coming.

There was a time when my life looked nothing like I imagined it would.

I was navigating the end of a marriage, sitting with questions I didn’t have answers to, and learning how to rebuild a life I once thought was certain. In many ways, I felt like I was starting over and without a clear sense of who I was or what came next.

What I did have was a quiet, persistent invitation from God:

  • to slow down,
  • to sit with him,
  • some days to walk with him,
  • and to trust that even here, something was being made new.

Seasoned In Grace is the result of that invitation.

What it means to be Seasoned In Grace

This space is about becoming.

Not all at once. Not perfectly. But slowly, intentionally, and with grace leading the way.

It’s about learning how to nourish yourself—mind, body, and spirit—when life feels uncertain. It’s about findings peace in the middle of transition, and choosing to keep going even with the path forward isn’t clear.

I believe grace doesn’t just meet us in hard seasons, it shapes us through them.

What you’ll find at Seasoned In Grace

This is a space where healing and everyday life meet.

Everything here is rooted in the belief that small, intentional moments can help us rebuild our lives in meaningful ways.

A little more about how I was Seasoned In Grace

I’ve always found meaning in the little things—a well-cooked meal, a thoughtful conversation, a quiet moment with God.

But over the past few years, life stretched me in ways I didn’t expect.

I’ve had to learn how to sit with discomfort instead of running from it. How to rebuild my confidence piece by piece. How to find joy again after seasons that tried to take it from me. And most importantly, how to trust God in deeper, more personal ways.

I’m still in that process.

Still healing and growing.
Still becoming.

And maybe… you are too.

If you’re here, you’re not alone

If you’re navigating a life transition…
if you’re learning how to rebuild…
if you’re trying to find peace in the middle of uncertainty…

You belong here.

This isn’t a space for perfection.
It’s a space for honesty, grace, and starting again.
